| Job Description |
1. Responsible for end to end execution of design, development and productionise the GGC Valves including:
# Determining the critical dimension values through calculations
# Selection of materials for all the components.
# Preparing of Drawings for Manufacturing in PRO/E.
# Evaluation of the Components by using software like ANSYS and CFX.
2. Responsible for obtaining standards like API, BS, ASME, EIL and customer specifications in coordination with development and production team.
3. Responsible to provide solutions to the Marketing team for their requirements of customization, material selection, new developments, Actuator Sizing, Gear Unit Selection etc.
4. Standardization with existing components.
5. Preparation of Stage wise Drawings for Machining Operations.
6. Analysis of non-conformance and taking corrective and preventive action.
7. Developing new product / modifying / upgrading / redesigning the product from concept to the final product to meet the market requirements and organization goal |
